Expected Outcomes
The expected outcomes of this initiative include the creation of a comprehensive inventory that provides a detailed catalog of ICT systems and digital infrastructure, systematically classified by service domains. It will deliver a gap analysis accompanied by evidence-based policy recommendations to address deficiencies and optimize resource allocation effectively.
The research aims to explore cross-domain integration through a feasibility study and develop guidelines to enhance data exchange and interoperability among agencies. Furthermore, it will focus on citizen engagement by offering actionable recommendations to increase the adoption of e-governance services and improve the skills of IT personnel.
